Kuttu Atta Ke Pakore with Aloo – vrat ka khana Navaratri Special
Chatpate crispy aloo pakoras while you fast… try these crispy spicy yummy snack option during this navaratri and you will love it…..
Ingredients -
- Kuttu Atta – 1 cup
- Rock Salt to taste
- Green Chillies
- Red chilli powder
- Potatoes sliced circular – 3 medium size ( keep them in water while slicing)
- Water for paste
- Oil for frying
Take a bowl, add kuttu atta , dry spices,green chillies and water. Make a paste of not too thin or too thick consistency.
Heat oil in a kadai, when oil is hot, dip single slice of potato into the batter and pour in the kadai for deep-frying. Fry the pakora from both the sides. Repeat this process for all the potato slices. Take out the pakoras from the kadai when they become crispy.
Serve them hot!
